Mocha is located in the funky Harajuku district of Tokyo, right at the entrance of the Takashita dori street across the Harajuku station. Entrance is only 200 yen ($1.80 USD) per 10 minutes and offers a huge array of cats to play with.
Now there are a bunch of rules you should follow when entering a cat cafe, most importantly, do not take selfies or photos with your camera flash turned on, do not hold or chase the cats, do not over excite/over stimulate them and wash your hands thoroughly before entering and before leaving the cat cafe.
Visit Cat Cafe Mocha in the morning around 11am, cat cafes tend to get extremely busy in the afternoon, especially on the weekends. Mocha also offers a gachapon machine from which you can purchase cat treats to lure the cats away from the other visitors.
