Cute Harajuku Fashion in Tokyo
Who doesn't know about Harajuku and Haruka Kurebayashi these days, it is the ultimate shopping experience for any person with a sense of style and cuteness.
There is nothing more exciting than shopping in Harajuku on a regular Tuesday afternoon.
My friend Lacey & I took the subway at noon from Roppongi to Omotesando and made our way to the famous Takeshita street.
We tried to find one of the famous cat-cafes, where you can actually play with cats while drinking tea or coffee. Unfortunately the one we tried to locate was out-of-business.
We also found the art gallery by Harajuku style icon and Kera Magazine model Haruka Kurebayashi which was advertised on the TokyoFashion Facebook page.
Haruka Kurebayashi has her own official Facebook Page as well. It is loaded with art and cute pics of Kurebayashi (most of them taken around Harajuku).
For lunch we had Indonesian Bami-Goreng with some Bintang beers in one of the side streets of Omotesando street.
Harajuku has too many amazing shops to check out, if you really like shopping; you won't find one day enough. I recommend spending an entire weekend in Harajuku for new-comers to Tokyo.
Check out the Calbee potato-chips store, they make crispy chips right in front of you, also the Barbie Harajuku store should not be overlooked.
