Stuck At Copenhagen Airport Due To A Snowstorm!

We were stuck at Copenhagen Aiport for 5 hours including encountering delayed luggage upon arrival in Amsterdam which was strange since the flight never changed, still awaiting clarification from KLM.

Ohh KLM, what a mess was our flight out of Copenhagen. It would have helped a lot if you guys were more honest on flight times.

My brother and I arrived at Copenhagen Aiport on-time to take our flight to Amsterdam until a massive snow storm broke loose.

Our flight kept being delayed about 3 times while we did see other airplanes leave the Terminal for the runway, even another flight to Amsterdam that was actually suppose to leave 2 hours after our flight.

I find this all to be quite suspicious. The service of KLM was terrible, bad updates, unfriendly cabin staff, crappy food and a bumpy ride home.

Upon arrival in Amsterdam, 6 hours behind schedule, we noticed at the baggage claim that my suitcase wasn't there.

After filling out a bunch of forms online my suitcase was finally delivered the next day.

It is odd to me that KLM claims it being the weather causing the delay but since only 1/3 of the luggage was on-board (many people didn't receive their luggage) I have a feeling there was also something wrong with the plane and had to be swapped.
