10,000 Crazy People + Freezing Ocean on New Year's Day in Holland
The New Year's Dive is an annual Dutch tradition (Nieuwjaarsduik) where the largest dive is being held on Scheveningen Beach in Holland.
After an insane New Year's party at TikTak NYE (Silverdome) we decided to go to the beach to join the festivities, only problem; we'll went to bed at 6:30am and woke up with a huge hangover at 10:00am.
I couldn't believe how could it was, the sand and sea were absolutely freezing.

Surprisingly there were even a few foreigners joining the festivities, including a Canadian with a giant flag representing the country.
The best part was the delicious Dutch pea soup called 'Snert' after the event, the only set backs were the lineups.
