What a coincidence to be in the Netherlands at the same time a Gyaru event took place at a venue in Rotterdam where the Gaijin Gyaru Awards 2016 took place with a Eurobeat ParaPara after party.
The Gyaru, Japanese outrageous fashion, culture is growing in Europe and already has a solid base in Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.
My flight to Europe was quite last minute and luckily I remembered to bring my Japanese Gyaru-o gear.

I was pleasantly surprised to run into people of the community whom I only know from the internet and to see them after so many years in person was quite amazing.
My favorite part was our ping-pong challenge which I unfortunately did not get on camera, to watch the little footage I did record, check the last part of the video listed above.
